Beginner Programs: These are tailored for clients who are new to the gym or back after a long break. Total Body and efficient workouts that can be done in 40-60 minutes and can be changed up after 4-6 weeks.
Specific Program: Specific workouts are for clients who have been training awhile and are advanced in the weights area. Alternatively, these programs are for clients who have a specific goals in sport/weight lifting etc
